If you're looking for us, try the kitchen. We are like pirates emptying the treasures of our pantry – on a mission to play with flavours and witness their harmonies come to life.
And for us, Biang Biang noodles were the main event. Thick, hand-stretched noodles, Sichuan chillis, garlic and spring onions bathing in sizzling oil. Simple ingredients that, when brought together, unleash a firework of flavours.
There had to be a way to transport that street food essence to our kitchen. And so our chilli oil quest began. After a year of kitchen experiments and 137 noodle bowls, Gulp was born: a natural chilli oil that captures the street food flavours we love.
